Eden Lerman, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Eden works with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD-related challenges, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. She offers a warm, supportive space where clients can show up as they are, without pressure or judgement, and feel genuinely understood.

Many of the clients she works with feel overwhelmed by constant worry, patterns of overthinking, or difficulty staying focused and motivated. Others are trying to make sense of their emotions and relationships while managing the pressures of school, family dynamics, identity, and early adulthood.

Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. She focuses on helping clients build tools to manage anxiety, improve focus and organization, regulate emotions, and feel more confident in themselves and their relationships.

Eden’s work is integrative and informed by CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, as well as trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches.
